Mold Qualification

Lanshi’s in-house mold qualification and process validation facility. Lanshi’s mold qualification division provides standard qualification (mold sampling) or advanced services, depending on your requirements. To departed staffed by experienced mold set-up technicians, and using state-of-the-art injection molding presses ranging from 40-300 tons clamping force, Lanshi Tech can ensure that your molds consistently make conforming parts shot-after-shot before the mold arrives on your production floor.

Customer qualification requirements are reviewed with Lanshi’s engineering and molding technicians prior to mold sampling. Lanshi’s project managers and process technicians are know each customer’s process requirements and can ensure that all aspects of design, documentation and processing parameters are met prior to mold shipment.

Process Validation

Using Lanshi tech molding presses, or newly purchased presses that are shipped in from our customers, designated for the specific program, we can provide Advanced Process Validation. Lahi Tech’s experienced process technicians can establish optimum processing parameters, and provide process validation criteria per FDA or other specifications. With the mold qualified and the process validated, we can then ship the mold or the mold/press combination to your facility or to your molder’s facility in ready-to-run condition.

Short-Run Production

Lanshi Tech offers short-run production services in order to allow customers to meet requirements for automation, assembly, and preliminary production needs upon completion of the qualification and validation processes.
